Please join us for a special preview into Aboudia's newest solo exhibition which consists of work he has created during his residency at Ethan Cohen's 225 W 17th Street space, which he used as a studio for the past months.
Elements of Aboudia’s process remain alongside the paintings to give a glimpse into Aboudia's work process. The show presents a different perspective for onlookers, giving them valuable insight into the inner dialogue Aboudia, one of the leading contemporary painters from the Ivory Coast, has with his materials.
Aboudia Studio is the artist's sixth solo exhibition with the gallery and will open to the public May 10th.
